I found this sweater when I went on my little thrifting adventure at Goodwill a few weeks back. I was doing my final scan of the racks before leaving when it caught my eye. It reminded me so much of a sweater I had in the late 80’s/early 90’s that I had to pick it up. It didn’t hurt that it has all of my favorite winter colors in it either.
The heatwave we had over the weekend is coming to an end. It was a sweltering forty degrees outside. Surprisingly I did not see anyone wearing shorts with Fuggs when I was out running errands Saturday. Sadly, that’s a relatively common sight in my neck of the woods. But alas, nothing lasts forever and this week there are days with lows in the single digits. So it’s back to dressing under enough layers that I don’t have to use my scarf as a vest again. That was a truly tragic fashion moment.
