My word of the year for 2024 is Evolve.
2023 was all about breaking down what already existed whether I wanted to or not. This year is going to be about growing…changing…evolving.

I prefer the gentler more overarching guidance of a woty as opposed to a more focused goal specific resolution.
It just feels more motivating to me.

•Start by taking a minute to plan & lay out your outfit the night before. Wasting time digging through a pile of mismatched shoes in the morning is pretty much the opposite of pleasant & positive. Seriously, try it. This one change will make a HUGE difference in your day.

•Have your first cup of coffee in a quiet spot that’s just yours. Light a candle. Soak in the peace & quiet before the busyness of your day begins.

•Try a few minutes of free association journaling. Write about whatever pops into your head. Write one sentence. Write one page. Whatever…there are no rules. Just get your thoughts out of your head & on to paper.
