A Dressier Version: Striped Skirt, Buffalo Plaid Shirt And Moto Jacket

I apologize. Today’s outfit is pretty much the dressed up version of yesterday’s outfit. Methinks I should perhaps step away from the plaid for a day or five. This week I’ll make it a goal to not wear anymore plaid. I’m already breaking out in a cold sweat just thinking about it.
How about this moto jacket? I do have an actual leather one that’s pretty sweet. It’s my for real motorcycle riding one though, and it’s pretty heavy which makes it not so comfortable to wear on an everyday basis. I scored this one at JCPenney over the weekend. It was originally $69 (way too much in my opinion), but it was on sale for $35 and after various discounts I ended up scoring it for under $20. Pretty fabulous, am I right? It’s obviously faux, but it doesn’t look or feel like it. I just can’t do faux leather that looks cheap because really, what’s the point of that?

I have both of these items in my closet, I really need to try these out together!! I will probably wear tights and tall boots, tho, it is cold here!!!

Definitely pair them up! Normally it’s sub-arctic here by now…not sure what’s going on with the weirdly warm weather…

I love this and will need to copy this outfit. I am totally digging plaid too and probably have been wearing it daily.
