Obviously since I’m typing this, this post is not wordless per se. It’s more like “story-less Wednesday”. No story today, just a fabulous outfit. This is my spin on making black and gray into a Spring outfit. The black midi skirt and baseball tee are pretty much seasonless. But honestly, black is definitely not the first thing that pops into even my dark and twisted little brain when I think “Spring”. So I took it upon myself to create a Spring look using two typically Fall/Winter neutrals. This is yet another example of how shoes and accessories can change the entire feel of an outfit. These fierce floral slingbacks are the pair I purchased from Boden for my birthday. The first time I took ’em for a spin I paired them with camo (here). This time I let them take the spotlight and they are what took this look from Winter to Spring. I mean, come on, these shoes absolutely scream Spring. Seriously, you hear them, right? Okay. Maybe that’s just me.
