I finally found a pair of camo skinny jeans that I liked and that fit me well. I have the GAP camo pants from last year, but they’re cut more like dress pants. These have quite a bit of stretch and are super comfy which is a huge bonus. I also rescued my wedge sneakers from their summer exile…they were pretty pleased to see the light of day again. Initially, I wasn’t a fan of the wedge sneaker trend, but they kind of grew on me. I can wear them all day without a problem, and they give me a little boost in height. I’ve got my eye on a pretty sweet gray pair at JCP that I just might have to give a home to one of these days.
On the top I layered my lace tank top with a cardigan for some warmth. The lace tanks are something that won’t be going into storage for the winter. I’ll be able to get mileage out of them even when the snow flies by pairing them with sweaters and blazers.
…As I’m writing this our English bully just trotted off with one of my wedge sneakers. I had to chase him down and wrestle him for it…now that could have been truly tragic.
