Honey Badger Loves White Jeans: White Jeans, Animal Graphic Sweater, Black Ankle Booties

Yes, ladies I finally did it. Never ever in my life have I owned or worn straight up white jeans. And…I love them! I actually managed to wear them all day without getting anything on them which is quite a feat working in an elementary school.  I had a hard time deciding what to wear with them because there are so many options. I figured since the honey badger hadn’t made an appearance lately, now was his chance. And it doesn’t hurt that these are the same Old Navy boyfriend jeans I have in two other washes so they fit to perfection.
Had it been warmer out, I’d have worn either my nude patent pumps or flats instead of the black booties, but I liked the contrast of the black against the white so it all worked out. I’m sure these jeans will be making many appearances here (as will the skinny, slightly off white version I got on super clearance) because I’m excited to try them out with so many different things.
Here’s a little head’s up (no pun intended). There’s a big hair change on the schedule later this week that I’m sure will show up on my Instagram and Twitter feeds…more details to come…

That is the most beautiful Doggy Sweater. I am loving Sweaters or Sweatshirts featuring Animals, these days. They make a huge statement. Your Booties are Fab also.

Stop by when you have a second. Thanks and have a great day!!

I liked the way you styled your white jeans. And I so understand, with this weather (I live in the northeast) why you chose black booties vs. pumps. The honey badger on the sweater was really cool too. Just a tip I use when I wear white jeans, try using a light coating of Scotch Guard on them before you wear them. I usually will run a brand new pair of white jeans through a rinse cycle in my washing machine with about a 1/4 C. of white vinegar (little trick I learned long ago;). Let the jeans airdry, and… Read more »

Thank you so, so much for the tip…I’m terrified of ruining them. I’m definitely going to do as you said!

Well, here’s the thing. I’m predictable and I always get bored with my hair about every 4 years or so and the time has come…I’m cutting it off. Not super short, mind you, that’s a bad,bad look for me! Even when I was in my 20’s if I cut my hair short (remember the Demi Moore cut from Ghost?!) it makes me look like an old woman. So I guess it would be medium/short. I’ll regret it the day after and inevitably grow it back, I always do. But my hair grows crazy fast, so if I want it long… Read more »

Thank you Mascha! I think white jeans in the winter is fun because it’s a little unexpected.

How I love that sweater. I am still too scared to try white jeans. They look brilliant here.

WHAT??? My hair twin will be no longer?

bisous

Be brave…they are awesome! And I didn’t get not one single thing on them all day. I say go for it.
Don’t you fret, I’ll still be your hair twin…at least color wise. It will still be red and blonde ombre. I can’t let that go, it’s too unique! I’m getting it cut Thursday and I’ll re do the color over the weekend so by Monday all will be right in our hair twin world!
Debbie 🙂
