Neon And Sequins

If I hadn’t saw this photo on Pinterest I might not have thought of this pairing.  Gray and neon pink maybe, but gray and highlighter yellow probably wouldn’t have occurred to me.  I think it makes for an interesting combo.  And the sequins are just a bonus.  Double bonus because the weather is finally cool enough to sport my wedge sneakers on a fairly regular basis.  They’re one of those things that initially I thought were ridiculously ugly, but then they grew on me.  Still ridiculously ugly, but in that “so ugly they’re cute” kinda way.

Style Tip:  Always be on the lookout for inspiration to shake up your wardrobe.  There are so many great combinations to try with things you already have in your closet.

Way to rock a wedge sneaker.

I can’t get into them. I figure if I’m wearing a sneaker I want to be comfortable. Adding a heel to them is counter intuitive. They do make your legs look longer and your butt look higher, I’ll give them that : )

Why thank you Suzanne…I totally used to agree with you on the sneaker being comfortable issue. Surprisingly, they are really quite comfortable. Most heels I can’t wear through a whole day of work, but these I can. I even grab them occasionally when I’m running weekend errands. Strange, but true…

As much as I love to shop, sometimes it’s just as much fun to find totally different ways to style things I already have!
