Stripes And Dots

Here’s a little print mix I haven’t tried before…stripes and polka dots.  I’m kinda diggin’ it now that I put the two together.  I haven’t worn this skirt in quite a long time, but a decided to give it some love since Jacqueline and Elle’s Spotlight Weekly Link Up was polka dots this week.  That’s one of the cool things about having this blog, it sometimes forces me to look at things in my wardrobe with a different eye.  I’ve always been adventurous with my clothes, but often I start relying on the same items over and over.  Now I tend to look at things I either haven’t worn for awhile, or I try out different pairings I might not have otherwise thought of.

Also linking up with: Three-fer Thursday.

Style Tip:  Try to keep an open mind when looking at items you already have.  You never know what you might find.

Top: Forever 21 (similar);  Skirt: LaRedoute (old);  Sandals: Target (No longer available)

Stripes and dots together are a great combination! 🙂

That’s one of my fave things about blogging too – you see so many other outfits and get inspiration and ideas from readers, that you start to look at your wardrobe in a different way!
