Two Days In A Row: Blush Pink Moto Jacket, Flowered Maxi Skirt And Engineer Boots

Today the weather was atrocious. We had a two hour delay at school, which means the kids don’t come until two hours later than normal so the road crews can work on clearing the roads. Well, this turned out to be a never-ending snowstorm, so by 9:00 school was cancelled and we adults got sent home. Since I thought this particular outfit was pretty cool, I’m wearing it again tomorrow. Yes, two days in a row. Don’t judge me.  I mean really, who wants to waste a good outfit on an hour and a half of being out in the world? So that means Friday’s post will be one of my fine selections from last weekend.

Tomorrow is the big day. The haircut. I’m super excited about it because changing up the hair is always fun. And if I don’t like it, my hair grows like a weed on growth hormones, so it will be long again in no time. Don’t fear, I’m not going super short. Trust me, that’s not a good look for me. Does anyone remember the cut Demi Moore had in Ghost? Nuff said.

Jacket: Charlotte Russe (No longer available); Skirt: Forever 21 (Old);  Boots: Target: (Old);  Sweater: Target (No longer available)

I’m excited to see your new hair! And …of course, wear this ensemble again tomorrow. The kids didn’t see it!!! I do that too many times to mention. I mean why waste a great ensemble on just a few people. hahahahaha (hug)

That really is a great outfit.Ha ha. Funny you said you’re wearing the same outfit two days in a row. I’m also a teacher, and last week the counselor had my students in the library signing them up for their high school classes, and to my surprise, I didn’t have to go. I had worn a killer outfit (imo) that no one saw since I stayed in my room to catch up on grading and so forth. (a godsend of a day). Anyway, I had decided I was going to wear it again tomorrow just before I read your blog.… Read more »

Isn’t unexpected free time the best? I get a lot more of that now that I’m in the elementary instead of the high school. See, great minds think alike…why waste a good outfit when no one sees it?!

School is always getting canceled for you. You must live in the center of the Polar Vortex, or MN? ;0)
Cute look, I’d wear it twice.

Ridiculous right? One would think I live in the eye of the Polar Vortex, but no, Northwest PA. That’s why I am so freaked out and depressed by the whole weather situation. Yes, we have snow and winter, but never like this!!
