denim moto jacket / graphic tank top / gray skirt / skull top

Unexpected…

Do you know that feeling when you’re so excited for that package to arrive in the mail, and when it does you tear into it and…it’s not quite what you expected?  Bummer. It takes the air right out of your balloon. That’s kind of what happened with the top. When I saw it on sale at boohoo, I loved it.  I’ve developed a recent thing for skulls, so it was perfect. When I took it out of the package though, I wasn’t digging the material. The back is soft cotton, but the front is this weird crepey polyester, not a fan! I decided to keep it though because I really liked the graphic and the mix of blues and grays with a few studs here and there.  Because of the front material it hangs a bit boxy, so when I do wear it, I’ll just throw a blazer or cardigan over it to give it some shape.
Today I’m linking up with Claire at http://www.clairejustineoxox.com/,  Patti at http://notdeadyetstyle.blogspot.com/, and Elena at http://dcinstyle.com/.  Stop over and check out what the other ladies have going on!

Style Tip:  A blazer, denim jacket, or cardigan can instantly change the look of an outfit.
