It seems like my outfits often remind me of 80’s tunes, or in this case the early 90’s. The name of the color of this skirt is “Shattered Glass” and because my brain works in mysterious ways, it reminded me of the Annie Lennox song Walking On Broken Glass. You’re welcome for the brain worm.
Is this not a fabulous skirt though? When I saw the colors it had to come home to my closet. It begged me. And since it said please so politely, who was I to say no? I figured I’d throw on the neon cardi with it because really, I don’t think there’s such a thing as too much color.
Maybe the most exciting thing about this outfit is look where I am….outside! Yes, outside. After work at 5:30. And it’s still light out. And I’m not freezing. And my legs are bare. Can you hear the choir of angels singing? We’ll focus on the baby bulldog photo bombs and just ignore the fact there’s a snow storm coming Wednesday…
