I’ve had these shots saved to my computer for a few weeks, and I finally decided to use them today. If you saw what I’m wearing right now, believe me, you’d thank me. Somehow both my daughter and I caught some rogue flu virus that’s still out inflicting pain on people in May. What kind of flu virus hangs around until May? A stealthy genius one perhaps. It has no competition since all the other viruses went into hibernation for the summer, and humans aren’t necessarily expecting an assault at this time of year and aren’t dousing themselves in hand gel and vitamins 24/7. Therefore, a stealthy genius.
This time I have the kimono styled with denim shorts and a white tee. A bit more casual than the black dress I styled it with the first go round. That’s part of my newly found love of kimonos~the versatility. They can be dressed up or down and they add some visual interest to a plain white tee and denim shorts combo. I know they’re trendy at the moment, but I’ll be wearing ’em forever simply because I love them.
