This dress just makes me happy. It’s so bright and cheerful, how could it not? Today it’s making an appearance as a skirt, but actually it is a dress. It’s also double layered under a cowl neck and a cardigan to make it polar vortex proof. But in another nod to the hopefully approaching spring, it is a lightweight cardigan. I noticed most of my outfits this week had been leaning towards the dark side so I thought I’d throw in some color just to liven things up a bit.
