Simply Plaid

Pretty basic outfit…plaid flannel shirt, cropped jeans, and black ballet flats.  But, throw on a big blingy necklace and it’s a party!  It’s so cool how easy it is to fancy up an otherwise run of the mill outfit with shiny sparkly things.  So little effort, so much payback.

Style Tip:  Throw on a great necklace or pair of earrings and even something basic gets elevated to the next level.

Top: Walmart (old);  Jeans: JCPenney (no longer available);  Shoes: Jessica Simpson (old);  Necklace: JCPenney (in-store purchase)

Great glam/grunge mix with the necklace! You look wonderful in that bright fuchsia color too.

It’s one of my favorites because it’s so big and obnoxious.
